Our partner Shake Shack entrusted YMC with an NSO site in London.
The works were project managed by The Yorkshire Maintenance Company's delivery team working in conjunction with the clients Architects and Quantity Surveyors.
The entire project involved renovating the basement and ground floors, including the installation of a customised ventilation system, refrigeration in the basement, ceramic tiles throughout, electrical setup, fire alarm, and emergency lighting.
We also provided a specialised joiner package that included seating, counters, wall panelling, and doors, all manufactured in our workshop in Yorkshire.
Yorkshire Maintenance successfully completed the transformation of the store in just 10 weeks, delivering the finished project to Shake Shack ahead of the grand opening on Friday, January 27th. This store marks the 12th Shake Shack location to open in the UK.
