We offer services from full re-decorations (internally & externally) at height to small touch ups. Our experienced painters and decorators are qualified PASMA & PAL (Power Access Licence) trained and highly experienced in the commercial and retail sectors.
Plumbing & Heating
Yorkshire Maintenance responds to every kind of re-active and planned work through to full central heating systems and boiler installations twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. All our plumbers are City & Guild qualified and our heating engineers are Gas Safe certified with several engineers having CODNC-01 & C1GA-1 commercial gas qualifications.
Electrical
Our electricians are qualified to 17th edition NICEIC including 2390 Testing and Inspection.
The electrical team are trained to carry out all forms of minor alterations and maintenance works, up to major re-wires, fire alarms and emergency lighting within high street stores, offices, public houses and hospitals.
Joinery
All our joiners & shop fitters are City & Guild qualified, carrying out suspended ceiling alterations and new installations, metal & timber jumbo stud walls, doors, frames, window installations, 1st & 2nd-fix joinery and manufactured joinery.
Roofing
Our roofers are PAL trained specialising in flat felt and slate roofing ranging from major new projects through to small one off jobs and temporary repairs to suit all budgets.
Flooring
We supply and lay all forms of floor covering from carpet and carpet tiles to vinyl and timber flooring. We also carry out all types of repairs and refurbishments in retail, commercial and industrial premises.
Brickwork
Our bricklayers & plasterers are City & Guild qualified and have worked on schools, hospitals and listed buildings within conservation areas were the quality is of the highest standard on every job.
